Multi Touch is simply a technology that allows you to do touch inputs on a touch screen with more than one finger or stylus at a time. If you search the You Tube site with this term, you will find some very interesting demonstrations of it. I recommend the one by TED here.
I think that this technology has some great potential and would like to see what happens to it.
Also, I ran across some videos and web pages instructing in how to build multi touch screens - very cool.

Multi Touch
My life right now
Just an update - lately I've been working on the multimedia team at my church learning Apple's Final Cut Pro video editing software. Someday I would love to do a feature movie with the skills I'm learning now.
